They have the woodland buff from Neeko, Ivern and Maokai Which makes a copy of a random woodland champion at the start of the round
Yeah this is completely normal. It is actually possible to have this without Woodland though by having a full bench when you pick up a champion from the carousel. Completely stupid mechanic which has been around for far too long
