can we increase the time given in champion select

with the changes to runes and masteries having to switch between them as a result of not having enough pages for all the different builds results in a large scale issue where there is not enough time to select each rune or mastery..especially with the large number of champions in the game to choose from (which continues to increase)

even though u can purchase more pages to work around this issue the pages are very costly and are better spent on champions

this forces players to hurry way too often in champion select..there simply isn't enough time to even think about what u need to pick to defeat your enemy and what runes and masteries u need to do so

therefore i would like to suggest riot increases pick time by a small margin 5-10 seconds..due to the ever increasing champion pool and since not all of us have 9999 rune pages
