River Sprite Rank Up

While I realize that the River Sprite is merely the default Little Legend, I still feel like there should be a way to increase its Rank, just like all of the other Little Legends. It's only fair, after all. It'd be nice to see some sparkles and particle effects for the little water droplet. Maybe give it some adornments of some kind? Just a little something so it isn't left out.

I recognize putting it in the Shop creates an uneven playing field between it and the other Little Legends, so to speak, so maybe make it a reward in the Battle Pass? I think that would be an amicable solution.

And while we're on the topic, the River Sprite is the only Little Legend that doesn't have a Summoner's Icon. Clearly something must be done to rectify this.
