I've got a question about "girl" teams
Why when a girl is recruiting, she likes to clarify that is a "girl" team only? I don't see a man recruiting and stating "it's a man team only".
I thought Male=Female.

People don't say "all english speaking team", but they assume their teammates will be able to communicate with them.
If they want to have more in common with their team, such as gender, that is their prerogative and there's nothing wrong with it. Everybody tends to socialize more with people that they perceive as having more in common; it's a human thing to do and is in this context not comparable to any kind of unfair discrimination.
