Looking for some Junglers/Bot/Supps

Hey boards, I'm looking for some Platinum junglers/adcs/supps. I usually go top pref with jg as secondary. I've been climbing pretty rapidly and what's holding me back from moving even faster is DQ teammates who refuse to communicate with me, DQ enemies, failure of proper team composition, flaming teammates, feeding bot lane, afk farming junglers, throws, or just random bs. One of the glorious teams I had was a queue of 4 Chinese who didn't speak English nor ping. They got fed but I was useless trying to follow them the best I could.

I play a very good Top lane as long as if I'm being camped that I get counter-ganks and that bot lane doesnt have 14 deaths by 14 min.
