I'm Looking for a Coach!

Hey my name is Ender and I'm a Shaco main. I mostly play Shaco in the jungle but I am capable of playing him any lane and winning lane except ADC. I've been playing since Season 1 and I've always finished ranked in Silver 1 never being able to make it past the promos to gold. Right now I have a 54.1% win ratio with Shaco so I am doing good but I know I could probably do better if I had some area's to work on some new things to consider.

So right now I'm looking for a coach someone who can go over my replays with me and point out my mistakes or things I might not consider. Also I need someone who can fully explain why I need to do so and so, so that I then know why I have to do that so I don't miss use what you are explaining. So telling me "You need more CS" I might think "but end game I'm on par for gold why do I need more CS since I'm getting kills" and you say "well because your early game is lacking for a while because you are not getting the farm you need." So now I know where I need to focus my farming on more. That would be a good example of how I learn.

So if you are interested in going over some of my replays and pointing out things I can work on! That would be great because I'd really like to finally get to gold this season!
