LF: Bronze/Silver Midlaner for a B/S Competitive Team

I'm the captain of a bronze/silver team called Ozon3 Nitrogen that is currently participating in a small time League of Legend's tournament that is hosted by the organization called Ozon3 that my team is affiliated with. We are in current need of a starting midlaner; the requirements to get this position are fairly simple and straight forward and include:

1. You have to be placed Silver or lower this season as well as having been Silver or lower last season as well.

• No smurfs are permitted and anyone applying will first be sent through a vetting process handled by the management of the Org.

2. The capability to use and communicate through Discord is imperative; it is the means through which all team and org related information will be conveyed and how communication in games, practices, and scrims will be handled.
3. A want to improve and be a cooperative part of a team must exist; Ozon3 Gaming is an organization that is geared toward improving at League and find a niche with a team.
4. We would like a wide pool of champions to choose from; specializing in a specific style or class of champions is not optimal but is something that can be worked around. One Trick Ponies, however, would be far more difficult as all games are conducted under tournament draft with LCS style ban phases; having a wide champ pool would allow for more flexibility both with team comps and within champion select.

While the current tournament is Bronze/Silver only, there is an interest in having a tournament for G/P teams next split and many of our higher elo teams currently participate in CompeteLeague in the meantime.
