ADC looking for support to duo with

Gold 1 (Plat promos twice) peak last season, silver 2 currently and getting 24-26 LP per win (placed silver 4)

Specifically, I'm looking for a support who isn't just gonna run around in circles behind my turret picking four-leaf clovers out of the grass of summoners rift, watch the clouds go by, maybe throw a quick heal or two my way, and then go back to frolicking in the tri-brush and collecting butterflies.

I want a support who actually supports, knows when to engage, knows when to peel, knows when to heal, knows when to shove the lane, when to set up minions under tower, when to back, when to rotate, when to ward, when to swap lanes, when to focus objectives, etc.

You know.... a competent support.

Not someone who's just going to stand behind me and watch me lane and later MAYBE buy a sight stone. Someone who's going to actively participate and try to win. None of these "I'm supp, carry me" types. Get outta here with that BS.

If I wanted to 1v2, I'd go set up a bot game to 1v2, or I'd hit up my buddy who's got a shitty internet connection and disconnects in 30% of games.
