Silver 3 Top main, LF ranked team

Been trying to start a ranked 5's team for some time, but can't find committed players. Tired of being the best player on my team (not braggin, Im only silver 3). Would be nice to actually play with people I can learn from and get better. I know I have a ways to go.

Looking for a serious team that isn't rage heavy. I want to be able to improve as a player and teammate. I have both Skype and Curse Voice, other programs can be downloaded if necessary.

Champions: I can play any top laner, but my most comfortable atm are , , and . Would be willing to put in the time to learn/practice a champion(s) for team compositions and such.

I am pretty open for time, though I am mostly on in the evenings after my kids go to bed. As long as it is scheduled, I can make about any time happen.
