Who wants to learn as a team?

Who actually wants to get better? Id like to put together a team of people, could be differnt skill levels, of people that are trying to and really want to get better. We would focus on respective roles and share advice. We could do normals often or even ranked next season since its changing. But i want to get better so why not do it with friends?

So im a decent player and I play almost every position well for my elo. Im low silver but i dont play ranked much because I wasnt confident i could climb until now. I main and am best at mid. I have a lot of expository game knowledge like items, builds, cooldowns, and champ kits. But my decision making on the spot, map awareness and pressing a lead/recovering when behind needs a good bit of work. I can do really well with Ziggs and Swain like beat plats in lane(dont troll thats good for me plat is good). But after lane phase if team doesnt call shots or coordinate, I lose lead fast.

I want some help and i want to play casually with nice people to get shards and chests. Its a game so have fun. Btw it is Paladin0flife o is a zero 0
