Looking for some help through Silver 1

Hey right now I'm in silver 1 and keep getting teams where every lane feeds like the skill difference of my team is bronze 5 and their team is goldish where it should be... But if I could just have 1 other dependable player on my team I could get wins much easier.

I main Shaco Jungle. 55% win ratio on him and over 300 games.

I can support 1 shitty lane as a jungler and I can invade their jungler and give him a hard time. I can't handle more than 2 shitty lanes though...

Prefer someone who plays tanks but not mandatory.
