LFP Ranked Duo Queue Partner

I was a season 4 Gold I (in promos) player. Over preseason, I tanked my MMR. In provisions, I won 5/10. Had AFK's 4/10 games. But it's no big deal. Got placed in Bronze. Won promos to Silver. Currently, I get about 35 points a game. Problem is, every game I seem to have ragers or our ADC is just yelling at everyone and positioning in front of everyone. Which leads to her instantly getting blown up. TL;DR: I need a duo queue partner who is at least knowledgeable about the game. I need someone who will listen to calls and work as a team without getting frustrated.

I am currently ranked Silver 5, though my MMR is much higher. On a current 5 game losing streak and I'd like to find someone to help me break that. I main mid and ADC. Comment or add me in-game.
