I still have the same argument against your theory.
I doubt that anyone would still be in silver if they hack. I've climbed my way from silver to diamond since season 3 and i've probably saw only one noticeable hack in the games i've played.

the person was flash spamming down the lane from their base then spamming flash around our nexus and spamming heal under nexus turrets and in our spawn area. if u can honestly say thats not a hack idk how more naive u can be.
