Need a Diamond team.

I'm not really a team sort of guy..but i have the right champion pool for it and i really need a diamond team.I've fallen off in SoloQ and i dont have time nor does it seem i have the patience to climb the ladder,I do believe i have a better chance getting 10 wins with a diamond team and i do still consider myself to be a low-diamond ranking jungler.I understand if people think i'm kinda desperate,in some cases i am but honestly this is a little bit more important to me than i had expected it to be when i was in diamond.I know its useless to try and ask for help in the league of legends community and that the comment section will be filled with hate, discouragement and just insults that i couldn't keep diamond,i made mistakes and i'm paying for it thats all i really need to say.But if someone needs a diamond level jungler in their diamond team please give me a heads up.
