Looking for Gold 4-Gold 1 duo partner

I've been playing quite a bit of ranked and I've noticed that near the end of the season, it seems that ranked is crowded with less skillful members in the gold elo (i.e. those that have boosted or those that just want the end of season rewards). I was at my Plat promos and I played 6 games duo with a friend that had quit for about half a year. We lost all 6. I was demoted. Then I went on a losing streak after that, losing all morale. And it's really only been downhill from there. I main jungle and mid and I do my best to get the entire team ahead and force objectives, but there's always that one lane that will feed no matter what. Last game, I was 7/1 as Orianna and my bot lane went 1/15 as Tristana and 3/13 as Thresh against Vayne. This seems to happen a lot at the end of the season. TL;DR: I'd like someone to duo with in the Gold 4 -Gold 1 range that has a knowledge of the game and good mechanical and decision making skills so I'm not left entirely up to fate to gain rank.
