Looking for solid top/mid lane duo

I can carry late game ADC or early game JG. Need a very solid top/midlaner to smooth out the early/mid-game transition particularly when lanes start getting caught & start feeding repetitively. Once I get my powerspike as ADC its usually a win unless the enemy team got superfed. Should also be well rounded enough to fill other roles effectively and understand basics of objectives. I've duoed with many people, a lot are inconsistent and don't take criticism. Believe with the right duo partner we can climb very fast.
