Bronze Player Looking for Team

I'm started to get very frustrated with solo-q so I'm looking for a team. Its not that I lose, its the way that I lose. Ragers/trolls/afkers just make life hell. I don't mind if I get beat by a better team I just can't stand when my team beats ourselves. Also, I'm always looking to improve and most teams aren't exactly helpful with their advice.
