Gold V Jungle Main LF Ranked Team

Hello (: I'm Azuk and I'm a G5 Jungle main. I've been playing since late 2014 with a small break in early 2015. I've been looking for a Ranked Team because it's hard to play team-oriented champs in soloqueue.

I play a lot of Udyr, Warwick, Master Yi, and Xin Zhao. As you can tell, I mostly play solocarry champions because it's hard to rely on teammates in soloqueue.

I'd like to learn champions like Amumu and Jarvan IV so I can contribute more to a Ranked Team, mostly because a hard carry champion can't do much to help his whole team succeed if the enemy is competent.

I can play any role if necessary, but here are my best-to-worst roles.

Jungle>Support>Top>Mid>ADC

I'm a pretty decent support with a limited champion pool. I'm great with Blitzcrank, but keep in mind I do play rather aggressively. I can play Soraka to some success, and possible Sona if need be.

Most toplaners I play are not very naturally tanky and would require a semi-tank jungler, unless I built tanky to cover the role. I do pretty well with Garen mainly because his kit is simple and his tankiness is forgiving, but I can play Yi top built pretty tanky as well. I have quite a few other toplaners that I can win lane with, but definitely not dominate lane.

I can only play Veigar to some success in the midlane, but I can fill with Cho'Gath and "not feed" if Veigar is banned. As with the other roles, I can play midlane with Master Yi as long as I survive early game to get my first item or two.

For ADC, I just struggle. I'm bad at last hitting with ranged auto attacks, I'm horrible at positioning because I'm so used to bursty assassins rather than sustained damage, and I'm never sure when to follow up on an initiation. I can play ADC and feed somewhat minimally, but I'd really prefer not to play it.

In terms of general strengths, I'm great at map awareness and dragon control, and I'm a pretty strong ganker and splitpusher. I don't tilt easily, and I rarely, if ever, get toxic.

I'm generally a very aggressive player, and this can be a weakness if I engage at the wrong times and/or get greedy. A good shotcaller can help me past this, though.

Generally, I can play most weekdays around Noon for a few hours, as well as sometimes later at night starting at around 8 PM. Weekends are very variable because I don't have a set schedule, but I can give a little bit of notice as to when I can play. (I'm in EST, just so you know)

I think I can offer a lot to a Ranked Team, and I appreciate anyone that takes the time to read all of this. (:
