Looking for a duo partner

Hi, i'm a s4 adc main with around a s1-s2 mmr (i'm currently getting like 29 lp per game and am playing with a mix of gold/silvers).

I'm looking for a support main who isn't toxic and can play a mix of poke champs, and tanky engagers and can maybe play one other role as well, but doesn't have to.

I love to play jinx and quinn adc (winrate with quinn is like 70% for last season and this season so far), but i'm also proficient with most other adcs in general. I can also play toplane, mid, jungle, support in that order. I usually play at around 3pm PST during the week on occasion but almost always play on fridays starting at around 2PM PST, and also on saturdays.

I really want to emphasize the "no toxicity" part. Things i consider toxic are: barating enemy team, barating our team on mistakes (unless short, precise remarks are called for). I can't really stand a toxic demeanor, I have never been banned, restricted, or anything and so I think its fair to ask for this. I also don't use skype or voice chat/audio chat.

If your cool with what i've said plz hit me up, and we can do some normals or even try some ranked games. As for your own ranking Idc really, if your B1 but absolutely love supporting then i will take you. But i really don't want anyone above s2-s3 and B1 is the bare-minimum.
