LF Active Ranked 5s team for Plat 4 Top/Supp Player

Hey guys! I've always had fun when playing with friends on Ranked teams, but they are always unmotivated after finishing provisionals and disband it. Well I'm tired of it and I want to play with people that are active and want to play. I've experimented around to find my best lane, I'm decent in all of them, but my most success has been top and support. Top is my main, have been grinding it out for a few weeks and my win rate has been great! I typically play aggressive when i feel like I can trade easily and or get a kill. I try new things in norms to see what works and what doesn't. Sometimes it works, other times it doesn't, like gp camp start :/. I get along great with others, and I'm open to constructive criticism and will own up to mistakes. I don't tilt easily if something goes horribly wrong, whether its a small mistake or a game changer. I also have a deep champion pool. IGN: DonIsBadass Time Zone: Central US Standard Schedule: Anytime to start around 6-7pm pref and can stay up til 1am on weekdays, weekends are a possibility whether I have to work on the house or not. Age: 17 in High School Champions: I've been grinding and but I'm also good at for support, is my best, but I can play Communication: Currently, I have skype and curse voice, but I'm willing to download any other kind of app to communicate with the team.
