Global Jamboree

The mode I'm saying is one where EVERY champion in the game gets infinite range abilities, on all abilities, and force people to leave the base via the base not healing you! Let there be a global spawn! Let have to run from one side of the map to another to get an axe! Let be fabulous from all places! Restrictions apply though, which are... 's W 's Miasma spread wouldn't be global 's Burning agony would not be global 's Q would not be global Drain's leash range would not be Spinning would not be Q Turret Range Lightning field E Ult Fire Spread E would not be global area Ult Etc.
