UDYR's Passive and URF MODE

Riot please, do something urgent about Udyr's 2 second global cooldown between abilities. It sucks, and ruins the fun, and puts him in a great dis-advantage as he is still Melee and weak against CC, which is now on a 80% more consistent basis. Please give Udyr the adequete buff he needs, reduce that 2 Second Passive global cooldown

Yep, internal cooldowns should receive a 40/50% reduction instead of 80% or 0.
