Enable Urf Mode as an option in Custom Games Permanantly

or rito could simply make stats customizable in custom matches ( SR only and Host Only can edit stats )

Upvoted. I'm sick of Riot's petty excuses for not making URF permanent in one form or another (official or custom).

I just want to use it as a user-accessible Free Mode. It's the perfect thing to use without giving players total control over the aspects of the game.
