Do runes that scale with level continue to scale past 18 in URF?
I'm curious because I noticed we continue to level up past 18. A full set of scalings could be pretty OP late game.

yes everything gained per lvl is increased up to lvl 55 this means that Valor's reward passive from RoA is crazy strong since you gain permanent health

Yes. I take hp/level seals and ended up significantly more tanky than normal.
