On a side note about forcing consumable use with no permanent solution, can we please rebuff the captain
boot enchant? Aside from elixirs not existing on Dominion, removing the movespeed aura because of 
had a devastating effect on pet champions like Yorick
, Malz
, and even tank Annie
. Can we get the old 20% aura on captain to apply to champion pets only? The removal was a harsh unnecessary nerf to these champions, especially late-game when they struggled anyway.
