When and more importantly WHY did they add these things to ARAM? Makes no sense to me, it's supposed to be like a 5v5 cage match basically, if I wanted to capture stupid nodes I'd be playing dominion.

I haven't seen any mention of them anywhere though. Not in the patch notes or anything. It's like they've always existed and I'm just going crazy or something lol.

Are these just the Skarner nodes? Or something different?

Because the Skarner nodes were announced with the Skarner rework.

i dont know how to play skarner but i got him last night and the ENTIRE middle area is his and his alone. way op in aram its like having trundles cirlce that doesnt go away
