I think it would be fun! Add a temporary mode with unlimited item slots in the champion inventory, even room for all three trinkets lol. Reduce item cooldowns by like 60%, all champions at 40% CDR, increase gold income by 500%+ lol it would get intense and stupid! :D

lol not a fun game mode at all because Ziggs with a deathcap + 60 Rylais can just fountain camp and you die instantly when you spawn lol.

It would be so ridiculously over-the-top that it would have to be fun lol... the intense 1-shots would be hilarious. And like 5sec rez timers. OH MAN.
