Aram suggestion

Aram is constantly being gamed by people trying to stack their selects with their smurfs, and people dodging after champ select. I've already made a suggestion in the past about managing the former, but the latter needs fixing too. I propose a 1 day ban for dodging after champ select, or 1 week from ARAM for repeat offenders.

Thanks for the terrible, unoriginal idea. Have fun joining the pile of the same, tired, unfeasible ARAM "suggestions".

Hey -- since you're a great source for terrible, poorly thought-out ideas: what will you do about players who inevitably AFK as a result of your garbage idea? What then, slick?
