I play a lot of ranked 3 v 3 and it is unfortunate that the twisted treeline does not have the nice new graphics like the rift. It almost stops me from playing there because I love the new look of league so much.
Would be super unfair if TT gets another rework while Dom is the most outdated mode they have...
TT getting one before the Crystal Scar would be criminal. It still looks pretty good, anyway, while the Crystal Scar looks like the OLD Twisted Treeline.

My guess is that the answer is probably no.
That would require effort toward something that isn't Rift and Riot has made it pretty clear that they don't give a fuck about non-Rift players at this point.

It doesn't need one. It was updated in 2012, and looks fine.
