Event Idea: The Rune Wars

OK, I know the Rune Wars were a big thing in the lore, but Riot's made it clear lore no longer has a place in the Game. So we can use the idea of the Rune Wars as an event/game mode right? Right!

Gamemode: Rune Wars Make no mistake, I realize this has the pottential to be a pain on Riot's side to code.

The idea is that you aren't limited to one runepage in this gamemode. Similar to Doom Bots, there should be different levels, ranging from 2 pages to 5 pages.

So imagine you're in the two page mode. You select your champion, select your masteries, and you select 2 *different * rune pages. If both those pages have flat armor seals, you start out the game with 18 additional armor.

Hopefully at this point the cogs start turning in your mind. You start thinking about the 5 page mode and realize "I could start out with 45 armor" or "that's a lot of CDR/Lifesteal/AP/AD/Attack Speed/MR/Mana Regen/...". Yeah, it is. From what I gather that's what made the Rune Wars scary in the lore.
