Pot-Shot Mode

What's better than having and Ashe, Jinx, Ez, and Karthus on your team. Having one person on your team have every ult oh those four. What if when you loaded on the rift, a random person would be dormant in the base and only have access to an Ashe, Jinx, Ez, and Karthus ults; each having different varying cooldowns.
