This is my match history, the stuff crossed out in purple is my games on purple side. The title is a little inaccurate, I am not actually challenge tier, nor am I really bad enough to get stuck in bronze, however, the gap between how well I play on each side is massive, I see it in my team mates to, and I've heard many others complain about the same issues.

You get more vision above your character than you do below, allowing enemies to auto you from off screen if you lock it. Skill shots are easier to aim upwards than they are downwards when aiming at an angle.

To fix the first issue you can unlock your screen, but that just gives a now issue, now you don't suffer from purple side disadvantage but suiside disadvantage. (spelt incorrectly on purpose for bad pun) I lose track of my character all the time in unlocked screen which just makes it not an option.

Riot please, let us rotate the map.

Simple. It is a handicap to western folks. Learned to read left to right.

Other countries right to left.... just say'n that the overlords do not want to give that small amount of handicap up.

Last I heard they were looking into it. It's definitely an issue. Fortunately for me, I main Singed and so wherever I go, I cause trouble.

I know in the past, Riot has been hesitant to do things like flip the map for this reason (among others), believe it or not. They WANT you to learn to play with an unlocked camera. They view it like training wheels on a bike. It's fine for learning, but you eventually should get rid of it. Locking in a hectic teamfight or when running through the jungle (there are plenty of other times, but these are examples) is one thing, but playing with it locked for extended periods is quite another, and they don't want people doing it. League is meant to be played with an unlocked camera, and they want people to take off the training wheels. Making it easier to keep using the training wheels once you know how to ride the bike doesn't help them in that goal.

Games should just end after loading screen, whoever gets blue side wins. Easy IP, Easy Exp.
