not really, because that DOES hit all minions, and it'd be a GODLIKE escape, imagine hooking red golems from blue base XD

Not just skill shots. Point and click spells like Taric's stun also. Then I would want this mode, this way every champion benefits from it in some way.

Yeah, could've worded it better XD Things that ARE global: ALL Skillshots All single target All Conic skillshots No Point Blank Non-ult DOT toggles IE Amumu crying DrMundo fire Karthus E That way they can't stay in base and win All channeled abilities would have global cast ranges, but they'd have a reduced duration (because Fiddlesticks ) Already global abilities would do increased damage to help out with it.
