Request for Custom Mentoring Mode

So I had this idea for custom games that I think my own group, plus many pro players and streamers would enjoy. Have a custom game with live spectate. This way you can have players, talking to other players, in the moment, and teaching them better strategies and mechanics during the game. I know I would use it constantly with my group to help with mentoring. It would be nice to have the ability to have my mentor, or someone I'm mentoring on the same page as me and I can talk to them while they are live and actively choosing their decisions, rather than talking to them about their decision after its made. Also, there could be sides for spectate, so a blue side coach that only sees blue side and a red side coach that only sees red side.

Plus for streamers that like to teach, like Nightblue. or do subwars, like Trick2g, they can teach as well as watch lower elo players and comment and assist with their games. What do you guys think?
