that there is allot of either A: complete total noobs B: others also leveling up their accounts and just destroying these noobs
so my question is it it just me or do actual noobs end up with allot of smurfs? (im not using noob as flame but for a newbie which is were noob comes from)
Yes, the new player experience is completely awful.
mhmmm league does a trial by fire thing. I remember it when i 1st started. This is why I want to have a mentoring program for this game for new players. I'd use it and we could have like a rating system be able to add our students/teachers, and even a reporting system (student reporting mentor mostly) for people who are toxic (and make the punishment for this HARSH since they're supposed to be helping new players.)
My experience on a new account I made to practice a few champions has been interesting. The games have 1 or 2 actual new players then the rest are anywhere from bronze -> diamond (Actually have had them go onto main accounts / etc). On average the cs and overall playing has far surpassed most games I've had on this account. On the new account, I've actually seen games where everyone groups for baron, dragons, wards, and obtains that 7 - 10 cs per minute (It's actually common to see 50 - 80 with trades / harass at 10 minutes on that account).. I've also had games where one team is up 40 kills and 20 k gold while the other is literally rolling with people building pure attack speed or 4x doran's shield..
I've went against a smurf on every single one of my games on my smurf account, and me realizing that I'm a more experienced player than the new players I get on there to take it easy and try out a new champ or something but, then to my dismay I find another smurf and I'm like you asshole now I have to take you down because your being a dick to the new players, I don't really roam/seek out kills on my smurf account.
