Team Builder Matchmaking

Why is it that every time I go to use Team Builder in an attempt to learn a new role or champion, the incredibly incompetent matchmaking system pairs me up with an equally noob team against a team of almost entirely higher ranked people basically every single time? How does this even make sense? I have barely played any JG in team builder, and if I have at all it was several months ago. I know I haven't played Shyvana in TB ever. So why is it that in my last game I had a team of all low silvers (including myself) against a team of 3 gold V's and a silver II? Their jungler was a gold V Gragas. What the heck kind of learning experience is that? "Oh, you never play that champion or role? Let's make you play this guy who jungles all the time at a higher elo than you!" It was a really enjoyable game too, that made me really appreciate my decision to try something new. I was invaded level 3 and face rolled for the rest of the game because I barely had a clue what I was doing. And this happens ALL THE TIME in Team Builder. I used to play a lot of Azir mid through TB too, and eventually I was playing against low Plats, even though I wasn't even ranked at the time, because clearly there's something dreadfully wrong with the matchmaking system. THANK YOU, RITO. Explain to me how this makes learning this game more fun or accessible to anyone. How was this an "adjusted" match to make trying something new a little bit more tolerable?
