Is Hexakill Twisted Treeline coming back? Really?

Apparently on SurrenderAt20, Hexakill TT edition has appeared on the PBE, the only difference being that you can ban champions, so draft mode instead of blind pick. Normally, I'd say "yay, a new featured game mode!" but I just can't bring myself to say that this time. Could we maybe have something a bit more unique, a bit more different, not a repeat of something else? Our last featured game mode was a repeat of URF, it seems a shame that our next featured game mode will also be a repeat.

While it does bring some players to Twisted Treeline, this is the wrong way to promote the map/game mode. Surely it'd be better promoting the gamemode via more balance things?

Hexakill TT was worse than nemesis draft. LOL Worst game mode to date.

For me Hexakill TT was by far my favorite featured game mode. It was everything dominion should have been, a smaller super chaotic map with 15-20 minute games where every champion is viable. Draft is a nice touch but overall I'm really glad it's back.

I don't know why it was on TT. I loved Hexakill on SR. It added a whole nother dimension to the game. It allowed the players to try different things; 2 per lane, 2 junglers, 3 mid, ect... While on TT it is, as has been said, just a less explosive URF. If that is all they want why isn't it on HA with the stupid Dash?

I'm curious why the Featured Game Modes team is preparing Hexakill TT for 5.10 when another team is working on map changes for 5.11. Wouldn't it make more sense to do HexaTT after the changes to get some publicity?

I think a game mode like ascension would be fun. I really liked the fast paced deathmatch style game with equal gold and no farming.

They will be adding a lot of balance changes to the map in an upcoming patch. I think they said 5.11 was where it will start.. so gotta wait a bit for that.

Yeah, it's just normal hexa ttt with bans, but I still enjoy it, but it loses the thrill after two games when I tried it on the PBE.

To me Hexakill TT was like a lesser URF mode; just chaotic teamfights all the time. It was fun while it lasted, but I'd also like to see either some other tweaks or a flat out new mode, or at least some more time between this and URF. My guess is that maybe these were the most popular modes, and that they're trying to refine it for permanent queues or something, but URF was necessarily a featured mode because the server load was too much.

What's wrong with a regular, or seasonal event? This gives something for the general mass of players to look forward to. We know when URF happens, we now know when Snowdown happens, what's wrong with Hexakill being near Halloween time? I like the idea personally. I would rebuttal you by discrediting the idea that something needs to be dramatically different and new. The current system works, don't fix what isn't broken.

Adding bans to this mode is an indirect nerf to Fiddlesticks and Garen because Katarina and Master Yi will be permabanned.

I think they should keep bring back old featured game modes so they can focus on new UI or something else that just needs small ajustments

Why not just make these game modes available in custom games in the first place instead of on this stupid rotation thing? Seems like a no-brainer. I really don't understand why Riot doesn't do this.
