So I made a Team Builder Team with this setup.
We got a Bottom Lane / Support Thresh but he was filled into Bottom Lane / Any Role. Just noticing.

That's exactly how it's suppose to work, You filled your "support" with a support, and "any role" with a support since it was in the Queue.
I'm not sure what the issue is? Team builder isn't suppose to configure the team for you. It's meant to fill the space.
It is a rule of thumb in most server code that any variable involving 'fill with any' will be filled before 'fill with x'. You really shouldn't search Any Role for Bot Lane anyway. Be aware of good team comps. The bests ones to fill the role beside Support are Marksmen and Mages.
