It's time Riot start looking at restrictions for ARAM.

More in fact, We need start looking at restrictions for accounts being made primarily just for aram where they only buy the stronger champs and only stick with that. There needs to be something done about these accounts, more importantly we need to either raise the champion limit or delete these accounts entirely.

They could make it truly random by opening up the entire champion pool to players.

But even then I doubt it's a priority because it's.. well, ARAM.

Riot isn't going to delete accounts YOU think are smurfs. You've got no way of knowing which (or how many) champions a player has unlocked, so you have no way of knowing if a player is "ZOMGASMURFWHATACHEATER" or just ... anybody else.

Increasing (or setting) a minimum number of champions required to play ARAM is workable (and is more feasible than "ZOMG UNLOCK ALL CHAMPIONS IN ARAM CUZ SMURFS OP". However, doing so would effectively prevent new players from queue'ing up for ARAM, so that's really not going to happen (and creates problems with a level 10 account with the minimum number of required champions queues up -- and waits 60+ minutes for a team, or gets put on a team much higher than Level 10).

Plus, a minimum number of champions really just creates a barrier to entry for all players (smurfs included), regardless of level. So it's not a particularly feasible solution to this non-problem anyway. And the crybads in ARAM Bronze would just find something else to whine about anyway.

ARAM is a casual, unbalanced, random game-mode. There is no ranked, no tournaments, and limited rules. It breaks the balance of the original game normally and is not meant to be taken insanely seriously. Relax and have fun with it. 0.o

And making claims that an account might be a smurf just because it got the "op" champ and you did not is kind of whiny.

I mean, lots of people buy really good champs on their regular accounts, because they realize how good these champs are, and then just stay with them. Doesn't mean it's their smurf, it just means these people realize how good certain champs are, and only play those.

This is my only LOL account, ever. I mostly just play ARAM. \

I do not own just "the good champs". In fact I am slowly acquiring ALL champs and I plan to own all champs before the end of the year.

LOL was introduced to me by a friend. I found it long, drawn out and boring...until I started playing ARAM. I love that mode! Its random and fun and fast. Sometimes I have winning streaks and sometimes loosing streaks.

Sometimes I get a champ I am kick ass with and sometimes I get one where I only feed cause I cant play them worth a damn.

I think what you have here is a case where you got your ass kicked by a Yi or a Teemo or something. Its no reason to shut the whole thing down because someone had a strong champ they were good with.

And just because I only mostly play ARAM, my account should be closed? Do you understand how silly that sounds. Really? :/

Get over what ever loss upset you and enjoy the dang mode =)
