Runic Affinity in the Preseason

I've personally tested this in a custom game, and the 9-point Utility mastery, Runic Affinity, does not interact with the new neutral monster buffs provided by Smite. The tooltip should probably be updated to reflect this, to avoid cheating a player who thinks he's making a strategic choice. Without clarity on this issue, it's easy to think you're not wasting those points in the Utility tree. On the other hand, it would be a boon to farming junglers if you can make this mastery interact with all neutral camp buffs, including those offering vision. An extra 18 seconds of ward-sweeping chicken buff just might be worth the point investment, for some champs.
