Every champion in league of legends has their power mitigated on the fields of justice.

This map would negate this mitigation.

Game length: 10-15 minutes

The map is ~twice the size of summoners rift, with no terrain besides walls on the sides of the map, no structures besides the fountain (there is no obelisk). Jungle monsters rove the plain randomly, and creeps walk across the map in waves.

Everyone spawns level 18, with infinite gold and buffs dependent on their champion

You win once you have killed all 5 enemy champions at least once.

Aatrox +300 movement speed. Aatrox heals for 50% of the damage he deals. Ahri +300 movement speed. Dealing damage with a spell will reduce all spell cooldowns by 1 second. Akali +300 movement speed. Akali will stealth for 1 second after casting a spell, and cannot be revealed. Alistar +150 movement speed, Size up: ~the size of 6 stack chogath. Alistar persistantly has half his ultimates damage reduction, and his passive scales off of 10% his max hp (over the duration). Anivia +450 movement speed. Rebirth has no cooldown, Anivia may only be killed in egg form. Annie +300 movement speed. (Tibbers: Size up to the size of Baron Nashor). Abilities burn their targets, dealing 50% the damage again over 1.5 seconds. Ashe +300 movement speed. Ashes basic attacks stun for 1 second (5 second cooldown on individual champions) Azir +300 movement speed. Azir summons three soldiers per cast of ARISE!, Q deals full damage to all units. If Azir has 3 squads of soldiers out, he will ascend for 5 seconds: gaining +50% damage and becoming immune to death (30 second cooldown) Bard +300 movement speed. Magical Journey is a global, ground targeted portal, since there is no terrain to cast it on. Caretakers shrine will always heal for the full amount. Bard himself enters a celestial form when he takes a magical journey, allowing him to move about for 6 seconds, untargetable until he attacks something. Blitzcrank +250 movement speed, Size up: Sion size. Blitzcrank increases his armor and magic resist by 75%. Overdrive burns nearby enemy champs with steam, dealing magic damage every second to nearby enemies.

You get the point. Everyone is much more powerful. Tanks are tankier, big champs are bigger, carries carry harder. EVERYONE is faster
