If you're having a problem logging in, check the Service Status page. It may have a notification to explain it (as it does right now). No need to make bug reports about it.

[UPDATE] Network Operations – a few seconds ago The login queue for NA is currently extremely overloaded, and we're temporarily setting the launcher to busy while we let some steam out. Urf mode isn't going anywhere, and will be available for all once the login queue settles down a bit. Network Operations – 2 minutes ago URF too strunk! Players are excited to log in and play URF, and may experience a long login process.
