Tell us which champions are disabled for what game modes

So when LotPK was new, there was a message saying that Vel'Koz was unavailable in the game mode. The message disappeared. I logged in today, didn't see a message (or any announcement at all) and assumed the problem had been fixed. I joined a LotPK game only to find that Vel'Koz was still unavailable.

In every other game mode, while it's active, disabled champions have been shown on the top bar. Why is this not the case for LotPK? It should be standard for ALL game modes to show which champions are disabled and why, until said champions are once again available to play.

RiotWulalowe – 12/17/2014 Vel'Koz will be disabled for the Poro King featured game mode.

They do, but they are removed from the client notification after a while so that little tooltip doesn't get full of nonsense.

There should be a link to the Service Status page in the client then. I (and most other idiots) would have had no idea to look there for Champion info.

As amusing as that is, it simply doesn't appear on my game. Not on NA or in TR (which I tried to see if I'd get better ping. Turns out EUNE is better.) and it's probably the same for other regions.
