Odyn's Veil and MR Buffs

So, Riot is buffing some MR items, like Spirit Visage, Banshee's Veil and Wit's End, and nerfing Locket of the Iron Solari. What about Odyn's Veil? Why not shave 50-100 gold off the cost or add 5 MR?

Does it need it? Not really, but I get annoyed when I see champions buying Spirit Visage who have no business buying Spirit Visage. A small buff like this might increase the number of users of Odyn's Veil, and it probably wouldn't make it OP anyway. It's a fun item to use and I'd like to see more people buying it instead of Spirit Visage (since Spirit Visage is mostly better if you need the boosted healing, which most champions don't).

Maybe buff Dervish Blade while you're at it?

The item needs reworked in general. Right now it's a niche item for champs that build mana stacking offensive items (well it kind of always was, but it became more redundant with IBG being built by tanks). It doesn't need the mana anymore and the champs that build it get way too much out of it.

Also no more on-hit items for Rebonack. No. Bad.

Add Banshee's to Dominion.

Because I want an item that makes LeB feel as horrible as I do whenever she's on the enemy team.

Dervish could use some major changes. Mostly just because of how few champions ever want AS on Dominion.

I would really rather not see 10% CDR added to Odyn's, mostly because it is the only HP/MR option that lacks CDR. CDR is great and all, but you don't want it on everything.

If anything, I would rather see the Catalyst replaced with a Giant's Belt.

Alternatively?

Make detonating Odyn's active trigger Valor's Reward. Everyone likes heals, right?

I noticed a few undocumented changes this patch. The gold cost of Odyn's Veil, Moonflair Spellblade and Hextech Sweeper have all gone down by 50 gold. Moonflair Spellblade* and Hextech Sweeper are likely still outdone by other items, but Odyn's Veil will be really strong. 50 gold isn't that much, but it helps. It costs 250 gold less than Spirit Visage and 300 gold less than Locket of the Iron Solari, which is pretty nifty. You could pick up a Cloth Armor for 300 gold, giving you another 15 armor, or 2/3 of a Null-Magic, giving you "16" MR (though you'll have to wait for a bit).

It would be nice if a Rioter confirmed that these changes are intended (which I think they should be, none of those items are OP atm).

*Moonflair Spellblade is actually pretty cost effective, but it tends to be hard to fit on a build since there are so many other good AP items. I might try it on a few Liandry's + Rylai's builds. Perhaps it's decent on the new Mordekaiser?

I can see the combo potentially working pretty well on Skarner since he can also take advantage of the Rylai's 40% permaslow like Eve does, but I haven't tested it out yet.
