Why doesn't Twisted Treeline have ranked solo queue?

I would genuinely play this mode a lot more often if there was a solo queue mode for it.. norms are fun but they get old after a while, the competition isn't the same as it is in ranked. TT isn't like ARAM or a featured game mode that are usually purely for fun, i mean it's serious enough to where riot should consider adding a solo q to it. the fact that it's basically norms only for a majority of players must turn off a lot of potential players simply because it doesn't have the 'real' competition they're looking for.

i don't have 2 other people to team up with and even if i did i still wouldn't be interested in playing teams, it's just not my playstyle and I prefer playing solo and i'm sure a lot of other people do too.
