ARAM is getting a brand new summoner spell, new art assets, and item balancing!

some would say they regret having made them...

To be fair, ARAM's been almost untouched since its release. Aside from a minimum level of "should or shouldn't new item x be included in the mode", they've not done much to it.

Not that they've done a lot to TT/Dominion either, but those have champion-specific changes, itemization being fairly constantly attended to, and the occasional more significant update since ARAM's been released ()

This isn't to say I'm at all satisfied with the lack of attention to TT/Dom either, but ARAM's been historically just as neglected.
