A New Permanent Gamemode

Has anyone noticed that the Brazilian bots are much stronger than NA (cough cough veigar bot)?

So I was thinking there should be a new permanent gamemode

NOT doombots, just a hard mode for bots (There is beginner and intermediate, we need hard)

Essentially, they become better at predicting and faster with combos, but NO stat buffs (this isn't a RTS)

make them hard enough to brag (I beat bots on hard mode) but not stupidly impossible (doom bots)
