Could we get some kind of OnHit 'crit' item on Dominion, too?

And a +25% bonus HP item while we're at it?

I can understand why we didn't get the portal. That thing took a ton of coding and it would take oodles of work to make its summoned beetles work properly on the Crystal Scar. But it couldn't be THAT hard to give us some stand-ins for the unique Smite items, right? Something that Dominion champions could really enjoy?
