I've been getting the same few champs in my ARAM games, and it is really getting on my nerves, like im seriously typing FFS whenever i get the same champ, so i had a thought.
Why not that if you get a "random" champ in ARAM, make it so they are specifically disabled for you for your next 2 games, but you can only get them if you decide to trade.
Aram counts for nothing so all 100+ champs should be available. imo
Attempts to prevent reselection are actually making it less random. Randomization and normal distribution aren't the same thing.

It is pretty random, the likelihood of you getting that same champ isn't great, but the less champs you have the greater chance you have of the repetition. I own around 40 champs and with 4-5 free ones that I don't own in any given week, and I still go J4 in 4 out of 6 games a few weeks back, thankfully i love playing J4 so i didn't mind
I've played plenty of aram in my day, and I've had certain champs like rek'sai, gragas, and braum rarely show up for me to play. Where as I play a ton of urgot, ashe, and mordekaiser. Also, don't forget if it was random, why does ashe have a 74% play rate (I get most people own her, but I'm sure most people own similar champions too.)
