[GAME MODE] Resets Mode

Put simply, every champion gets a buff that resets their skill cooldowns upon getting a kill. Assists reduce remaining cooldowns by 75%.

I would be more interested in seeing a mode where you reset back to level 1 on character death, but have an increased XP gain.
